Inspired by existing aircraft of the company - Legacy 450 and Legacy 500 - the new cabins are modern additions to the current Embraer’s line.
The Praetor 500 (based on the legacy 450) will offer a range of 3’700 km range while the Praetor 600 (based on the Legacy 500) will have a maximum range of 4‘500km. Both aircraft will include Honeywell’s engines and a Rockwell Collins Proline Fusion Suite avionics. The Praetor 500 will be able to accommodate up to 9 passengers while the Praetor 600 will welcome up to 12 passengers.
The Midsize and Super Midsize jets are expected to enter service in the second and third quarter of 2019, and should gradually replace the Legacy 450 & 500.
