Before Departure

 

From Paris, Geneva, Luxembourg, or Nice, an IBC advisor will welcome and personally escort you to the aircraft door, ensuring all boarding procedures run smoothly for both you and your pet.
If you are departing from another airport, our team will appoint an operations agent and provide them with full details about your pet’s personality and habits for a seamless boarding experience.

In Flight

 

We share your pet’s dietary requirements, routines, and behavioral traits with the crew to ensure a stress-free journey.

Upon Arrival
